We loved partnering with you to bring your event vision to life. Now, let’s make sure your return is just as effortless as your celebration was exceptional. Below you’ll find everything you need to return your items with ease.
Return Instructions
Linen Return
1. Designate your linen lead
– Assign a point person to gather and count linen post-event.
2. Pack with intent
– Use the duffel bags provided
– Keep each order separate, do not mix.
– Consolidate extra bags into one.
– Zip up, seal the Velcro, and ensure each bag’s UPS Ground label is intact.
3. Peace-Of-Mind linen
– If unused, leave the box sealed
– Converth the pouch outside into your return label; peel, affix, & go.
4. Lost or unreadable label
– Call Customer Service at 1-800-592-2414 for a replacement.
5. Return options
– UPS pickup: Scheduled automatically via contract address, three attempts.
– Drop-off: Take to a UPS Store, let us know to cancel pickup and keep your receipt.
– BBJ La Tavola Local Fleet Driver: We’ll dispatch for two days, leave products where delivered or at your agreed location.
– Need to adjust pickup/address? Call us immediately for seamless changes.
Charger Return
1. Gather packaging
– Retain all original boxes and materials (replacement values listed in your contract).
2. Select your charger coordinator
– Assign someone to inventory and manage the chargers.
3. Clean with care
– Do not machine wash our chargers.
– Please wipe clean of any food debris and be sure the plates are completely dry before repacking.
– Some Dish machines can heavily damage our chargers.
4. Pack precisely
– Return chargers to their original slots.
– Seal boxes as received (no interior tape).
– Stack on a pallet, wrap tightly; but only with pallet wrap.
Reminder: Your charger return must ship on the first business day after your event.
4. Return Options
– UPS: Auto-scheduled with three pickup attempts.
– Drop-off: Use a UPS Store, cancel pickup, and retain your receipt.
– BBJ La Tavola Local Fleet Driver: Driver comes twice; place items where delivered or agreed.
– LTL/Freight: We’ll send a BOL 1-2 days prior. Stage on your dock by the next business day. Wrap pallet top-to-bottom to prevent shifting. Call for any schedule/address changes.
– Any charger order that was shipped LTL Freight will return LTL Freight unless previously arrnged for alternate return.
– If any part of your order was locally delivered by a BBJ La Tavola Driver, the entire pickup will be via BBJ La Tavola Driver.

Stack boxes on pallet for pick-up
1. Retain all original packaging
– You’ll need the same boxes and materials for your return. Both chargers and packaging have replacement values (see your contract).
2. Assign your return lead
– Have someone ready to collect and repack chargers after the event.
3. Clean with care
– Scrape all the food residues.
– Chargers must be completely dry before packing.
– Hand rinse or use high-temp dishwasher only (no low-temp, no bleach or chlorine).
4. Pack as received
– Place chargers in their original slots.
– Seal boxes just like they arrived, no tape on inner flaps.
– Stack boxes neatly on a pallet and wrap tightly with pallet wrap only.
5. Prepare for pickup
– BBJ La Tavola will pre-schedule the return with a trusted freight carrier.
– You’ll receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) 1-2 business days prior to the return.
– The email will include your carrier’s name, return instructions, and label guidance.
6. Day-of return
– Stage the pallet and boxes at your loading dock on the first business day after your event.
– Ensure pallet wrap covers boxes top to bottom and secures underneath the pallet (prevents sliding).
– The customer is responsible for properly wrapping the pallet.
7. Need to make changes
– Contact us right away if your pickup date or address needs to be updated, we’ll handle the rest.
Stacking Pattern for Return of Freight:
2 row of 3 for a 6-box layer. Repeat for a total of 4 layers. Max load is 24 boxes per pallet.
IMPORTANT:
Note the wrap is all the way down over the pallet. This will keep the boxes from sliding off the pallet.
Also note that the wrap should go all the way up the boxes on the pallet.
The customer is responsible for wrapping pallet with the pallet wrap only.
Placemat Return
1. Hold on to packaging
– Everything goes back in its original packaging.
2. Assign a placemat lead
– Designate someone to count and return items.
3. For metal placemats
– Place each one in its pouch (10 per pouch).
– Use no more than 5 pouches per box.
– Return pouches inside the original box.
4. For others
– Re-box as received.
– Use the return label on the alternate flap or pouch.
– Seal with tape, but don’t obscure the label.
5. Return channels
– UPS: Auto pickup (3 attempts) or drop-off with receipt.
– Local driver: 2-day pickup from delivery spot or agreed location.
– Changes? Call us ASAP.

Reverse the flaps to revel return label.
If you have any changes to your pickup date or address, please call BBJ La Tavola as soon as possible to make the appropriate
arrangements for product recovery.
Spandex Return
1. Don’t detach the luggage tag
– The return label is inside please untuck staples to reveal.
2. Secure it back to the handle
– Re-fasten the tag so the red side with label faces out.
3. Conceal the original label
– Ensure only our return label is visible.
4. Lost label?
– Call us for a call-tag to pick up next business day.
5. Keep it dry
– Never return damp or mildew-prone product. Air-dry completely or request a reschedule to avoid mold charges.
5. Return services
– UPS: 3 pickup attempts or drop-off with receipt.
– Local: 2-day driver service.
– Adjustments? Just call.

Once un-stapled flip label over
and re-staple to each bag
Label should reflect the address (15210 N 75th St. Scottsdale, AZ 85260)is showing as in the picture above
and staple the label back around the handle of each bag.
IMPORTANT: AVOID EXTRA CHARGES
Never pack wet or damp product into the bag! This will result in mold/mildew and will destroy the product. Please air-dry product completely before packing. If you need additional time to air dry linens – please contact us and we will reschedule the pick-up for the following business day.
NOTE: Your Company will be billed for product that is damaged by mold/mildew.
Tote Return
1. Fill & close
– Place the pillow inside the tote, pull out the green card. Turn it over to show the red card and the return service label. Slide the card back into the pouch and seal the velcro.
2. Ship promptly
– Return on the first business day post-event.
3. Replacement value applies
– As noted in your contract.
4. Return methods
– UPS: auto pickup (3 days) or drop-off with cancellation and receipt.
– Local: 2-day pickup at delivery spot or agreed location.
– Need changes? Contact us immediately.
