The “Jenny Approach”

Jenny works with her customers sometimes more than a year before their big day, but the design discussions don’t ramp up until about six months from the event date. At three months out Jenny usually feels like she has a true grasp on her client’s vision – and at that point they have an all-encompassing design meeting. Picture mood boards, full tablescapes, and floral mock-ups. Even though Jenny has a knack for picking the cloths her clients love, she always throws in a couple extra options– 9 times out of 10 her client picks Jenny’s recommendation.

About this Wedding

The wedding featured was on August 12, 2016. The linen made all the difference for this event, making the bride’s vision come to life. The venue only offered plain linen – which to Jenny is like showing up to your wedding day and forgetting to get a pedicure. The bride wanted an understated elegant vibe, so Jenny suggested a neutral color palette of blush and taupe. The candles throughout the ballroom brought more romance and warmth. The lush texture on the sweetheart table added a touch of femininity.

Jenny believes that “creating an event is like building an outfit, the linen is the base, it sets the tone for the whole event.”

Thanks Jenny for the great partnership!
