SUMMARY
The Senior Creative Specialist is responsible for shaping and executing the visual expression of the brand across all channels. This role requires both creative leadership and hands-on execution, moving seamlessly from concept through final delivery. You will lead concept development, build scalable design systems, and produce high-impact work across campaigns, digital platforms, and sales materials—ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across every output. RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Direction & Concept Development
• Lead concepting, campaign ideation, and visual direction development
• Translate product and brand strategy into clear, cohesive creative proposals
• Present and refine creative direction in partnership with marketing leadership.
Design & Execution
• Execute high-impact creative across digital and print, including campaigns,
lookbooks, email, social, presentations, and event collateral
• Contribute to day-to-day production needs while maintaining a high level of
design quality
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files across formats
Creative Ownership & Brand Stewardship
• Own projects from concept through final delivery
• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all brand touchpoints
• Identify opportunities to elevate the work and strengthen the brand
Systems & Collaboration
• Build and refine templates, tools. and systems that support efficient, scalable
output
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales to deliver
thoughtful, on-brand materials
• Balance creative quality with speed, volume, and business needs
REQUIREMENTS
• 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or related roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and executional
excellence
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience across print and digital with strong production knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and communication skills
