SUMMARY

The Production Manager will help us increase staffing, retention of staff, build relationships with third party vendors and represent our brand for training sessions on site for events and through the United States. Responsibilities include conducting recruiting via phone and in person to staff based on geographic needs, collaborating with production members to identify training needs and growth opportunities along with direct communication with clients prior to event needs and post follow up. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet hiring goals. Ultimately, you will help us grow our production team and establish our reputation in the market.

RESPONISBILITIES

  • Determining appropriate staffing levels for production services requested by clients and inputting data into proprietary software.
  • Pricing production services to ensure production services meet profitability targets along with aligning with clients needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date spreadsheet of events and calendar for recruiting activities.
  • Keep a geographic staff list and update as new team members are added or removed from the sheet.
  • Build relationships with 3rd party production and logistics companies to provide services within margin guidelines.
  • Direct communication with clients for current needs and future needs for set up, strike, and steaming.
  • Prepare, Arrange and Assign jobs by location, level of service, and volume of service within geographic area.
  • Create and receive purchase orders for 3rd party vendors.
  • Submit payroll to internal and external partners.
  • Occasionally managing on-site production services in person
  • Recruit, interview, and hire targeted hire count per market.
  • Provide as needed communication to HR team with staffing opportunities, payroll, and team updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Confidence in communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel for 1-10 days in markets within the United States
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to utilize Excel for spreadsheets and basic formulas.
  • A result-oriented and goal-oriented person who wants to be a part of a high-energy, dynamic team
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is hungry to build a team in new and existing markets.
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
