Canopies draped in luxurious brown fabric framed the tables while complementing the theme, and dramatic centerpieces provided an idyllic setting for the sweetheart table. To make this event work indoors, drape windows with rich fabric curtains, then string up garland that mimics the look of pine trees, and secure them with floral arrangements in the ties.

In this look, the Sea Sponge Gold charger plates added to the natural look‚ the asymmetrical edges mimicked the look of a sawn tree trunk. It’s the perfect accessory for an outdoor, forest-inspired event during the winter. All of the colors on the table were inspired by colors of nature, and the floral arrangements pulled everything together for a stunning showpiece.

Gilded candles set in clear candleholders that mimic the look of sparkling icicles, while coordinating Champagne Cotier table linen bring warmth to the theme, and the wintry bouquets featuring gold-painted pears and pomegranates invoke the spirit of the winter. It’s a look that’s unique to winter and is absolutely stunning.

Get The Look for Your Winter Event

If you’re planning a winter wedding or other event, it’s easy to create a gorgeous look that’s all your own. Draw inspiration from a wintry setting when putting together a tablescape‚ incorporate seasonal greenery (such as pine tree branches, garlands, or pinecones) as well as winter fruits and luxurious candles.

Choose winter-appropriate table linen‚ heavier fabrics and patterns are perfect for a winter event. Think of textured metallics: we love Silver Birch and Copper Birch linen, as well as Silver Twist and Ivy Twist for instance; or intricate, lush patterns, like Red Traditional Damask, or Gray Zuri. Rich, saturated hues are perfect for a winter setting.

For accessories, pick sturdier blooms and consider featuring things like stylized tree trunks or logs, thick branches that can be artfully arranged, and clusters of candles with candle holders and candlesticks of varying heights for visual interest.

Winter events are beautiful‚ it’s all in the details. Get creative when you’re planning and don’t be afraid to be bold.
