Breakfast with the bride’s “I Do Crew” calls for pulling out all the stops, especially if you’re a Southern girl with a love of tradition. It’s an occasion that calls for celebrating in a very special way — this shower was whimsically inspired by the garden, proving that an abundance of flowers and a vivacious mix of elements is the way to make lasting memories.
Brunch in the Garden
There’s no mistaking the spring garden design with this color scheme of pink, poppy red, and green. Each place setting is marked with a scalloped paper cutout bearing the guest’s name, a luscious pink bloom, and a plate cover proclaiming the glory of the day.
Full of (Southern) Charm
Bridal party places receive an extra measure of charm with paper doll name plates and the gift of floral robes draped over the backs of chairs. Now that’s Southern hospitality.
Just Peachy
Guests were greeted with Peach Bellinis, each glass adorned with a berry and an orange slice. What a sweet start for a memorable brunch that continued with peach and berry parfaits, fresh vegetable omelets and The Club’s signature orange rolls and biscuits.
Laden with Spring Flowers
The lush floral display cascading down the center of the table adds color and reinforces the garden theme. Brilliantly coordinated with pink and green of various shades and tints, single blooms appear in vases of varying size along the length of the table and at each individual place.

Pattern on Pattern — And All Perfect
Layers of pattern, from the silver on silver floral design of the linen to a similar green design on the china, and from appricot napkins to the pale peach of miniature blossoms. It’s all delightfully “girlie,” just the right effect for a bridal shower!

For My Ladies
Cake for breakfast — why not? This Southern tradition is one that should catch on throughout the country. Not simply a sweet ending to a celebration brunch, this strawberry Southern Charm cake contains surprises. Each of the attendants is asked to pull on a ribbon to retrieve her personalized charm hidden within! Note the jadeite cake stand and peach satin ribbons.
Keepsake Paper Dolls
Marking the attendants’ places, these personalized paper dolls add another level of loveliness to this delightful setting. At once playful and sophisticated, they are beautiful event keepsakes. The brides doll wears a stylized version of the actual wedding gown.
A Happy Day
By masterfully weaving time-honored tradition with personal touches that include special gifts and hand-written notes, this event captures both the nostalgia and the hopes and dreams of the bride and her “besties.” What could be more appropriate for a wedding shower?
