VIEW RETURN INSTRUCTIONSWhen rental items are returned to our warehouse, they are checked in and inspected. If any items are missing or appear damaged during the initial inspection, you'll receive an email identifying those items. Many stains and damages can be resolved through our cleaning and repair process. If you locate missing items after your return, you can request a return label to send them back to us.
Yes! We work directly with individuals planning weddings, private celebrations, and special events, as well as event planners, designers, caterers, venues, and other industry professionals. You don't need to work with an event professional to rent from us. Explore our products to get started.
