In this role, you'll accomplish:

• Executing Atelier orders through internal and external communication including sourcing fabrics, pricing custom items, and data entry
• Assisting the sales team with custom sales through phone, virtual, and showroom meetings
• Providing design ideas and suggestions to accomplish the customer’s vision
• Organizing and maintaining the Atelier showroom and vendor samples
• Managing vendor relationships

A good fit is someone who has:

• Experience working with multiple vendors
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of textiles
• Experience with PO processing and receiving
• The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and recordkeeping abilities
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working in the Event or Hospitality industries a plus
